复旦大学正大管理发展中心是由复旦大学管理学院和泰国正大集团合办的培训中心。坐落于复旦大学邯郸校区本部东南角，环境优雅、舒适。 中心成立于 1992 年，拥有 10 多年经济管理培训的教学历史以及配套设施的服务经验。中心的管理机构是管理委员会，由复旦大学常务副校长担任主任委员。 中心拥有卿云楼和中心楼两幢建筑。“卿云”出自《尚书 ·夏禹传》中"百工相合，而歌卿云 ” 一句。
